Chef Dean is the Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts India. He graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai and further from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He has worked with The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and The Trident Bandra Kurla, The Oberoi Cecil, The Oberoi Gurgaon, and The Trident Nariman Point as Junior Sous Chef.

He specializes in Chocolates, Modern French pastries, and Plated Desserts.
