Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts (APCA)
The Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts (APCA) was founded in Malaysia in 2010. It quickly spread to other nations such as Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, and India. APCA has three centres in India, with locations in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bangalore. Previously known as the Academy of Pastry Arts, it was renamed the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts after the addition of Culinary studies. On top of a dual undergraduate degree in both pastry and culinary, the Academy offers full-time and part-time Culinary and Pastry courses. It is one of India’s top baking and culinary schools.
